General renovation contractors

Specialty contractors (for example, flooring, plastering, electrical works, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry)

The Specialty Contractors and Renovators Scheme insurance provides two forms of coverage:

Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA)

Protects you form any liability under the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA 2019) or common law to compensate your employees for bodily injury and death. 

Public Liability

Protects you against legal liability to third parties for bodily injury or property damage.
