4. What do I do if I get into a car accident?
If you are involved in an accident, please follow these steps:

2. Take photographs of the accident scene. You should also take photographs of the other vehicle(s), capturing the extent of all damage. If you have an in-car camera, please provide the video footage to us for further review and to support in your claim or recovery against the third party.
3. Exchange information and particulars with the other parties involved. This will include, but is not limited to, the driver's name, telephone number(s), email, address, car licence plate number, and insurance information.
4. File an accident report at any of our approved reporting centres within 24 hours of the occurrence of the accident or by the next working day.
